What elements (Conventions) of the genre that you chose to base your final task on does thismovie have? : the monster as a evil antognist clown very scary and evil.The protagnist which mst face their fears to defeat the monster. Dark ominos mood especially in the derry  sewer. The jump scares. • What elements (Conventions) of the genre did the movie have that you like? The casting they did an amazing job portraying each of the characters.the clown is makep and not CGI it is very nice. And they have thee basic power of friendship and internal conflicts. • What elements (Conventions) of the genre did the movie have that did not appeal to you? The excessive death there was way to much. The amount of blood and gore was to much. And the amount of cursing you cant go one minute in the movie with out hearing a curse word.

Good character goes bad,Twist that the villain still survives the ordeal makes way for cliffhanger and sequal. • What elements (Conventions) of the genre did the movie have that you like? How they took the original lovable story and changed everyone childhoods. And it references other horror stories. • What elements (Conventions) of the genre did the movie have that did not appeal to you?: It was very cringy. The acting was rough. And on top of that there was a lot of gore.

Protagonist is in a dark place and finds comfort in something else. talking moving robot doll proves the trope of coming to life. Dark setting in times. And plottwists of who wins as well. • What elements (Conventions) of the genre did the movie have that you like?: this was a good movie it was funny I liked that aoroach helped me clenase from the other horror stories I watched and was traumatised from. Original villain taking popular ideas putting it together to make a robot doll. • What elements (Conventions) of the genre did the movie have that did not appeal to you? the creepy doll is the reason I have those nightmares just to much. Very nrelasitic all movies in this category toend to be but this just seemed really fake like a fever dream.

Genre Decision Blog: Horror

In the end ive decided to do horror as my genre for the final project. This is due to the fact that as someone who is always scared of something, my acting wouldn't be fake but real.I firmly believe that if you are scared of something, recreate it, and it will be just as scary. This is why the best option for me is horror because if I know I can scare myself behind the scenes, this project will be good. So horror as a option is very simple and straightforward due to the fact most scary movies and stories are structured similar and have the same aspects.

Point of view shows suspense and how the character is currently feeling. · Common Mis-En-Scene in your genre (CLAMPS) Mis-En-scene: Muted colors which shows realism.
